Use our easy online check-in portal for the fastest possible computer service. DML Computer Repair will have all your information ready when you arrive to speak with a technician.
To begin:
First, fill out our online check-in form and submit it before coming to our computer shop. Then, text us at 719-338-9256 when you are on your way and we will print all the paperwork. When you arrive, simply drop off your computer, verify your information, collect your claim ticket, and wait for our text.
Diagnostic:
As soon as your computer diagnostic is ready, one of our computer techs will text you with a quote. At this stage, you can either approve the work or decline it. If approved, then we discuss any necessary deposit and a completion date. If declined then we prepare the computer to be picked up. Typically computers can be picked up within an hour of diagnostic. Either way, you will not need to wait in line when using our easy check-in portal.
